25 May Update: The body of Reece Jobling has since been found.
An urgent appeal has been launched to find missing Radcliffe on Trent resident Reece Jobling.
The 27-year-old was last seen around 6.45pm on Wednesday 17 May 2023.
Reece’s 21-year-old brother Jack Allison said: “He was seen by two cyclists who spoke to him and asked him how he was.“We’re just really scared, we’ve got no idea where he is.
“We’re a bit hopeful because they spoke to him, we hope he’s in Notts and he’s still okay.”
“I’d like to give a shout-out to everyone who has helped – friends, family and people that don’t even know him.”
Nottinghamshire Police launched an appeal to assist in the search, stating: “We are concerned for his safety and urgently want to hear from anyone who has seen him.
“He is around 5ft 9ins tall. He has short brown hair and was last seen wearing Grey tracksuit trousers, a navy-blue coat and a black Adidas bag, a baseball cap and headphones.
“If you have seen Reece or have any information on where he is, please call us on 101 quoting incident 790 of 19th May 2023.”
