Cropwell Road was temporarily closed in Radcliffe on Trent after a tree fell into the street.
Around 4:45am on 28 December a large beech tree in a resident’s garden collapsed, falling onto a car due to the high winds caused by Storm Gerrit.
The fallen tree hit a car driving down the road.
The driver did not suffer any injuries from the ordeal.
The neighboring Radcliffe-on-Trent Golf Club was also temporarily closed until the road was cleared.
