The Radcliffe on Trent giftware shop Pen 2 Paper has been listed for sale.
The 14-year-old business, located on Main Street, has been listed at £19,950 on RightMove.
The current owners decided to list it due to retirement plans.
In a Facebook post in August 2024 Susann Rudkin-Smith said: “It is hard to believe that over 7 years have gone by since we became the owners of Pen 2 Paper, the card shop on Main Street. For those who know the shop, will know we fulfill a few other functions too. Whether it’s dry cleaning or tickets for the many events in the village.
However we have made a decision, we feel the time has come to fully retire. Therefore we wanted to put the message out to anyone who might be interested in taking on this pleasant business, it has honestly never felt like work to us. It is our sincere hope that the shop will continue in its present form – cards, gifts, balloons etc.
